We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, direct deposits and bank wires.

Unlike most law firms, we understand that in these challenging economic times, you may not have the entire contract amount to pay upfront.  Thus, we have devised a flexible payment schedule based on the severity of the crime, criminal history of the client, financial history of the client and the ability to pay.  We are able to offer substantial discounts where they are warranted.  We are also proud to do at least 10% pro-bono cases annually.

*The lowest down-payment required on a simple misdemeanor is $199.  We then calculate the balance and separate that amount into 2-4 payments spread out over a period of one to four months.  We do not collect interest.
